As kids we loved to play sports, compete, and push our imaginations to the limit! As adult coaches we still love sports and now we are maximizing kids' and adults' potential athletic ability! 

SLS was born out of many frustrated days and nights on dusty baseball diamonds, frigid hockey rinks and sun-scorched fields. In 2010 we realized players were not responding to traditional coaching methods and we needed to find a solution that would appeal to today’s tech savvy student athletes.

We pushed our imagination and found a solution that would provide players on-ice visual cues (without orange cones). We created animated drills that hold their attention and game-like situations that promote competition.
